It’s All Fun & Games Workout

Well summer break is officially here. The kids can sleep in and I can get back to my early morning workouts. I feel like I get so much more accomplished when I get my workout in early.  My mind is clear and my energy level goes through the roof.  So let’s get ready for a fun filled, fat burning summer. Todays workout is 10 exercises with a 10 second rest and 50 second work. We will go through the workout 3 times. If you are a beginner, stop after the first round. Work in your comfort zone and take breaks when you need to. The exercise breakdown is below.


1. Surfer Jump
2. Squat – Stay Low- Alternating Side Leg Lift Right then Left
3. Side to Side Jump touch the Ground
4. Squat to a Right Single Leg Deadlift
5. Squat to a Left Single Leg Deadlift
6. Burpee
7. Right Reverse Lunge to Overhead Right Side Lunge
8. Left Reverse Lunge to Overhead Left Side Lunge
9. Right Windmill
10. Left Windmill
