Beat the Rain Strap Workout


So there has been a threat of rain all week, and all week it has been bone dry. Well, accept for today. After I moved everything out of the way and got all my equipment set up, the skies opened and it poured down rain. I checked the radar and saw I had a short window to get my workout in. So here we are trying to “beat the rain”. In this workout I used the WOSS Straps which are similar to the TRX Straps, just not as pricey. I have a video that compares the two.  Don’t worry if you don’t have straps, I show you how to do the moves without them. I think that I am pretty strong, and then I go trying the same exercises while being suspended in the air. Wow, I need some more work. I have to keep telling myself this is a journey and I will get there.  You must look at it the same way. I always show different ways to do the exercises so that if you’re a beginner you’re not overwhelmed. You must remember to take breaks, and work at your own pace.
