This core workout is short. You can make it as long as you want. We put it on the end of our other workout, but I didn’t want to skip the explanation, and I didn’t want to hog up the other video with the content. We did 4 core exercises for 1 minute each. I had Aidan use the BOSU ball and I used my sandbag. He had the ball facing up-right. If you would like to make it harder, flip the ball over and balance on the flat surface. You can also balance your feet, instead of your hands on the part that wobbles. If you don’t have a BOSU ball, you can use a stability ball, medicine ball or a bench.
