I’m a workout junkie! Period. Hardcore workouts are my inspiration for this site. That’s very different from someone who might focus on a careful balance of healthy foods and an active lifestyle. I have a generally healthy lifestyle but I love a great steak, BBQ, and desserts. So I get up first thing every morning and burn off about 800 calories!
I used to own my own gym, personal train, and I competed in a few fitness competitions. But these days I spend most of my time with my husband and three boys. My workouts are my sanity-check. And I’ll share them with you here each day.
